“The house on NW 28th Terrace is wonderful. I lived their for 2 years and enjoyed every moment of it. It’s in the most ideal location for Gainesville - smack dab in the middle of everything - midtown, downtown, Archer Rd, Jonesville and 39th Ave. If you live in Gainesville, being central is VERY convenient, especially on heavy traffic days/times. The street is quiet, the lawn and home both have plenty of space. The landlord is very attentive to the needs of tenants, it made the experience that much more easy and enjoyable. ”

I fell in love with this house and its beautiful banana garden, fruit trees, and huge oak tree when I bought it, and I enjoyed living in this quiet neighborhood that's conveniently close to school. However, my job took me to New York City, and now I live in Puerto Rico. While I don't get to visit the house often, I still take great care of it from afar.
